[GMVAtech 24] C182 - FS procedure modifications

This is concerning only the stations using the DBBC2:

please remember to check and manually adjust the flexmode bands in the FS prc files: select PFB bands 5-12 from the first IF then bands 5-12 from the second IF.
The relevant line in the prc file should look something like this:

vsi1=a05,a06,a07,a08,a09,a10,a11,a12,b05,b06,b07,b08,b09,b10,b11,b12

The exact syntax might be different from site to site depending on which
core boards and VSI outputs are being used. If unsure have a look at the
prc files from the previous session.

Please remember to make this change to all prc files of this session: f182a, c182a, c182b, c182c
