[GMVAtech 30] Preparation for upcoming session c192

Dear colleagues,

for the upcoming observations I have prepared a slack channel for the in-session communication:

Reminder:
For the session we are changing the standard GMVA mode going from 2Gbps to 4Gbps.
This implies a change in tunings and backend configurations for most sites. 
Please have a look again at the description of the 4Gbps standard mode at:
https://deki.mpifr-bonn.mpg.de/GMVA/GMVA_Setups <https://deki.mpifr-bonn.mpg.de/GMVA/GMVA_Setups>

and confirm that your setup meets the requirement of recording
86012 - 86524 MHz  (512 MHz, dual-polarization).
Stations recording larger bandwidths should make sure that the 512 MHz are contained.

The setup should be identical to what has been used during the successful 4Gbps test carried out in April 2019
