[GMVAtech 36] GMVA Antenna sensitivities

Dear all,

I updated the station parameters for the GMVA sensitivity calculator,
adding GLT and LMT. This is a good opportunity to review the numbers for
your telescope:

For Tsys I use typical effective values, so not the ideal ones, but
realistic ones under good weather conditions.

For LMT I adopt Tsys=2x120K=240K, with the factor of 2 taking into
account a double sideband (DSB) receiver.
