[GMVAtech 50] Successful fringe test f211a

Dear colleagues,

prior to the beginning of the GMVA 2021 Session I a fringe test was carried out with participation of
Ef, On, Ys, Mh, Pv and phased-NOEMA.

Fringes were detected between all stations. Congratulations to all the people involved in this extra effort!
Extra applause goes out to the IRAM crew at NOEMA that managed to get the phasing to work just in 
time for the GMVA and EHT sessions of this year!

Please note the SNR on the baselines to phased-NOEMA:
SNR  = 891 to PV
SNR = 789 to Ef
SNR = 450 to On
SNR = 119 to Mh

Another achievement to be noted: PV is running the session with a DBBC3 in the latest DDC_U mode (125) using 64 MHz sub-bands.
