[GMVAtech 53] block schedule for GMVA run starting Sep.30

Dear colleagues,

there was a small typo in the GMVA block schedule for October. The stop date for Europe
was wrong, it should read:

Eu 246  1600(03/10)-0600(04/10)  Pv Pb Eb On Mh Ys
