[GMVAtech 84] Next TOG and GMVA technical group meeting: Cagliari, Sept 4-5, 2025

Dear Colleagues,

The next EVN TOG + GMVA TG meeting will be held in Cagliari on 4th and 5th September 2025. 

The registration will be open soon, but we strongly recommend booking your flights (Cagliari Elmas airport is the closest one and it is also connected to the city center by train) and accommodation asap due to the high tourist season. To do so, consider that the EVN TOG meeting will be at INAF - Osservatorio Astronomico di Cagliari (INAF-OAC <https://maps.app.goo.gl/EE15zY2JFqw28qcG6>) the first day and the GMVA TG meeting at the Sardinia Radio Telescope (SRT <https://maps.app.goo.gl/ReGNrVJzyNj9hPiW9>) the second day. Since both locations are not served by public transport, we will organize a shuttle bus from the city center to both locations and viceversa. The shuttle bus stop will be near the harbour (here <https://maps.app.goo.gl/VoSysNjmZTc5pbmp7> a map, the precise pick up point will be communicated later), therefore look for your accommodation nearby.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer the meeting dinner, but we will organize one on Thursday evening after the TOG meeting for all the participants of both meetings. The cost per person will be communicated later.
